This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you and Belmont Knight & Associates (“Belmont Knight”) governing your access to and use of the Belmont Knight platform, marketing site, portal, and related services (the “Services”). Please read it carefully. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of terms
You accept this Agreement by (a) clicking “I agree” or a similar affirmation when creating an account, (b) accessing the Services after being notified of these terms, or (c) using the Services on behalf of an organization that has entered into a separate written agreement with Belmont Knight, in which case that written agreement takes precedence over conflicting terms below.
Belmont Knight is not your lawyer
Belmont Knight operates a legal services platform. Except where we expressly state otherwise in writing, Belmont Knight is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Attorneys who use the Services are independent professionals responsible for their own engagements, work product, and compliance with the professional conduct rules of their jurisdictions.
Nothing on the Services (including matched attorney profiles, templates, articles, or Insights posts) constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship with Belmont Knight. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a signed engagement letter between you and an attorney.
